WNS has extensive experience architecting and deploying thin client solutions for our clients. WNS uses thin client technologies such as Citrix and VM Ware to deploy application software to anywhere in the world securely.

Office/data center build
WNS has extensive experience is office/data center build out across geographies. The services include site assessment, planning, architecture, engineering, sourcing, installation, commissioning, ongoing operations, maintenance and monitoring.
Managed services/hosting:
WNS owns and manages hosting facilities in Gurgaon and Mumbai, in addition to the co-allocated facilities in USA and UK. WNS currently provides managed services for network, application servers, database servers, email servers, and telecom infrastructure. The facilities include complete redundant power, 24X7 monitoring, DR capability and backup/recovery.
IT support/Helpdesk:
WNS maintains an IT helpdesk which provides triage and level 1 support for more than 100 of their clients out of its facilities in Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Pune. WNS also has dedicated support teams providing Level 2 and Level 3 support in specialized areas which include network, telecommunication, desktop, and legacy/client applications.
IT infrastructure and process design/re-engineering:
WN employs experienced systems consulting teams in both onshore and offshore locations providing their clients consulting services in implementing enterprise applications, integrations, infrastructure design/deployment, ITIL based process implementation, platform development/deployment, and IT roadmap design.
