Ramesh N. Shah· Chairman
Ramesh N. Shah is our Chairman and was appointed to our board of directors in July 2005. Mr. Shah is based in New York. In addition to his role as Chairman of the Board, he mentors our North American sales team and manages key external stakeholder relationships. He was also the interim chief executive officer of our BFSI business unit (excluding WNS Assistance) prior to Mr. Arjun Singh’s appointment as the chief executive officer of our BFSI business unit in November 2006. Prior to WNS, he was the chief executive officer for the Retail Banking division at GreenPoint Bank and has held senior positions at American Express, Shearson and Natwest. Mr. Shah received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College.

Neeraj Bhargava · Group Chief Executive Officer
Neeraj Bhargava is a co-founder of WNS (Holdings) Limited and Group Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to our board of directors in May 2004. Mr. Bhargava is based in Mumbai, India. Mr. Bhargava’s responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer include executing our business strategy and managing the overall performance and growth of our organization. Mr. Bhargava co-founded WNS (Holdings) Limited in 2002 and served as the President and Group Chief Financial Officer before becoming our Group Chief Executive Officer in May 2004. Mr. Bhargava received a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

Anup Gupta· Group Chief Operating Officer
Anup Gupta serves as our Group Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Gupta is based in Mumbai and is responsible for managing the performance of the company’s business units and enabling functions. Previously, Mr. Gupta served as Chief Executive Officer of WNS Travel Services, and has led many new initiatives at WNS since joining the company in 2002. Prior to joining our WNS, Mr. Gupta was a Principal at eVentures India, a News Corp. and SoftBank backed-venture fund, where he developed many companies in the offshore services areas. Previously, Mr. Gupta was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton where he worked on client engagements in India, Asia and Europe. Mr. Gupta received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur; at both places he graduated at the top of his class.

J.J. (Eric) Selvadurai· Managing Director, Europe
Eric Selvadurai serves as Managing Director of our European business. He is based in London and brings over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry having built multi-location business process outsourcing operations for large organizations. Prior to assuming the role of Managing Director – Europe, Mr Selvadurai was the Chief Executive Officer of the Enterprise Services business at WNS. The Enterprise Services business specializes in delivering cross industry services such as Finance & Accounting, Human Resources etc to clients. Previously, as President Global Operations, he was responsible for setting up and rapidly growing WNS delivery centers in India and Sri Lanka to meet growing client demand. Prior to joining WNS, Mr Selvadurai was Asia Managing Director (BPO services) of Hays plc, a world-leading Specialist Recruitment and HR services company. He set up and managed Hays’ business process outsourcing centers in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the UK. Recently Mr Selvadurai was recognized for leadership in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing by FAO Today Magazine and awarded as Market Maker 2007.

Alok Misra· Chief Financial Officer
Alok Misra serves as our Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Misra is responsible for the overall supervision of the Finance, Legal and Compliance functions for the WNS Group. Mr Misra joins WNS after holding the Group CFO position at MphasiS, an EDS company, where he has been a key member of the leadership team for the last seven years and helped grow the organization in that period into one of the larger players in the information technology and BPO industry including the strategic alignment with EDS. Prior to MphasiS, Mr Misra worked with ITC Limited, where his last assignment was as the Financial Controller of a US$110 million project involving the relocation of ITC's factory at Bangalore, India. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and CFO forums and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr Misra holds an honours degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and has been a rank holder throughout his academic career with several merit scholarships.

Alan Stephen Dunning · Managing Director, WNS UK
Alan Stephen Dunning is a co-founder of WNS (Holdings) Limited and Managing Director of WNS UK. He is based in the UK and served as the Chief Executive Officer of our travel business unit until March 2006. Currently he is the Managing Director for UK and Europe. Mr. Dunning is responsible for managing key client relationships in the travel business unit, apart from focusing on new product development and providing overall leadership to our UK team. Prior to joining us, Mr. Dunning was Managing Director of Speedwing (the British Airways subsidiary that previously owned our business). Mr. Dunning received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Leicester University, UK.

Ambreesh Mahajan · CEO, Travel Services
Ambreesh Mahajan is the Chief Executive Officer of our travel services business unit. He is based in Mumbai and has played a key role in building the travel business at WNS. Mr Mahajan has over 15 years experience in setting up and managing operations and has been responsible for new projects and strategic planning in the airline, travel and tourism sectors. Prior to joining WNS, Mr Mahajan was Director-Operations at eBooker Plc’s BPO operations in India, where he was responsible for setting up and managing operations. Previosuly, he was with makemytrip.com, a leading online travel company. Mr Mahajan has handled various portfolios in new business, IT, Sales & Marketing at Travel House, a travel company based in New Delhi. Mr Mahajan holds a Masters in Business Administration from St Edwards University, Austin, Texas.

Bernard Donoghue · CEO, WNS Assistance
Bernard Donoghue is the Chief Executive Officer of WNS Assistance, our insurance business unit, and joined WNS in 2003. He is currently responsible for WNS UK’s business development and insurance business. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Donoghue held various positions at Hays Plc, where he served as the Managing Director of Hays Customer Solutions and later as Managing Director of one of Hays Group BPO businesses. He has over nine years of experience in BPO outsourcing both onshore and offshore. Prior to that, Mr. Donoghue served as the Regional Director for British Gas. Mr. Donoghue received a Diploma in Management from Middlesex University.

Anish Nanavaty· CEO, WNS Knowledge Services
Anish Nanavaty serves as Chief Executive Officer of our knowledge services business unit. Prior to that, Mr. Nanavaty was the Executive Vice President of sales and business development for our travel services business unit in North America and was responsible for strategy, business development, marketing, alliance creation, and client delivery. Prior to joining WNS in 2002, Mr. Nanavaty served as a senior member of the India practice of The Monitor Group, a leading strategy consulting firm, as the director of business development with Enron India and as a consultant with Mars & Co., which provides general business strategy advice to Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Nanavaty received a Bachelor of Science and Economics degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Arjun Singh· CEO, WNS BFSI Business Unit
Arjun Singh serves as Chief Executive Officer of our BFSI business unit. Prior to joining WNS in November 2006, Mr. Singh was the Regional Director of client services in ABN-AMRO, Amsterdam, responsible for major corporate clients in 22 countries across Europe. Prior to that, Mr. Singh was the quality and Six Sigma leader for Gecis (now Genpact). He started his career with Unilever, India (Brooke Bond India Ltd.), and has also held senior positions at ANZ Grindlays Bank (India and Melbourne). Mr. Singh received a post-graduate diploma in management, systems and finance from the Indian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Sulakshana Patankar· CEO, Finance & Accounting Services
Sulakshana Patankar serves as Chief Executive Officer of our F&A services unit. Ms Patankar is based in Pune and has been a founding member of the company’s F&A practice. She has played various significant roles in helping grow the company since joining WNS in 2000. Prior to joining WNS, Sulakshana was a Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she managed various assignments in the area of business process re-engineering and financial & strategic planning for large clients. Ms Patankar is Management Accountant and has Masters in Business Administration.
