other similar software. We also offer panel management
services such as help desk support using voice, e-mail
and instant chat media, and fieldwork coordination, including remote
support across countries and time zones.
- Data Collection: We offer CATI interviewing
using Quancept on the Avaya platform and predictive
dialing. Additional capabilities include:
- Scanning and punching paper questionnaires, using advanced software
and double blind key data entry
- Transcription services for quantitative interviews and focus group discussions
- Open-end coding, including the development of code frames using both written and visual data
- Data Processing: With data tabulation capabilities
in Quantum and SPSS, WNS offers tab and banner plan
generation for all types of studies. Our data validation
services help to identify data errors and inconsistencies, clean and
aggregate data, and merge data from different sources. We also convert raw ASCII data to e-deliverable formats like SPSS, Quanvert, E-Tabs, etc. for further analysis by researchers and clients.
- Analysis and Presentation: We provide analysis
and presentation support in creating templates for reports/presentations
using the Microsoft Office suite or other software. We
also populate the template with actual data and significant
test results. We have analysis skills in interpreting statistical techniques including multiple regressions, and cluster and factor analysis.
